Returns
We take pride in having the best customer satisfaction of our products so if you are thinking of returning your product, please contact us as we'd love to talk to you about it. Send us an email to hi@neons.com or reach us via social media channels.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your sign then unfortunately it is likely we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Customised neon signs (unless received in damaged state)
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (and proof of damage is customised neon sign, however please note all products are inspected prior to dispatch).
